Kirstein A/S » Organization

Kirstein is a subsidiary of Kirstein Holding A/S, who owns the consultancy 100 per cent. Kirstein Holding A/S also owns the company Fund Selection International, which is managed in cooperation with Kirstein.

The company’s management consists of CEO Jesper Kirstein, who is also member of the board. Additionally, the board consists of Ambassador Eigil Jørgensen (chairman) and lawyer Carsten Pals from the law firm Bech-Bruun.

The company’s accountant is the state-authorized public accountant Peter Toftager from the company Ernst & Young.
