KF Danske Obligationer (Danish Bonds) invests in Danish treasury and mortgage backed bonds, thus the return will follow the return on the total Danish bond market. The mutual fund invests with 50% located in Danish mortgage backed bonds and 50% placed in treasury bonds. The duration is controlled so that it always lies between 3 and 5 years. The concept was developed by Kirstein and is wrapped up as a department within the mutual fund Nykredit Invest Engros. |
