The company was founded in 1993 by managing director Jesper Kirstein and is a respectable and continously expanding organisation with now 23 employees. At Kirstein we wish to have highly skilled and focused staff. This is why we give our employees responsibility, allow them to specialize and encourage them to collaborate and thus create a sense of unity and common purpose. At the same time, we feel that it is important to have an exciting workplace with an inspiring and relaxed atmosphere because we know that being in a nice working environment is the best foundation for producing good results.
